- You're responsible for how you use the tools and the decisions you make with them
If you need professional advice, hire a professional. We build tools, not give counsel.
Your use of the tools
You can use our tools and templates for your own business. Customize them, make copies for your team, use them however helps you. What you can't do:
- Resell or redistribute the templates as-is
- Claim you created them
- Scrape our site or tools programmatically
Limitation of liability
We've put real work into making these tools useful and accurate, but we provide them "as is." We can't guarantee they'll solve every problem or fit your exact situation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProTradeOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (which, since everything is free, is $0).
