Who we are
We're ProTradeOps, a small operation based in Texas. We build free tools and templates for trade business owners. If you need to reach us about your data or anything else, email bishoptools@proton.me.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site (free download, rate report signup, feedback, or done-for-you application), we collect what you type in: your name, email address, trade/business type, and any other fields on that form.
Our server keeps basic access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). That's standard for any web server. We don't use cookies or tracking pixels.
Why we collect it
Two reasons:
- To deliver what you asked for (download link, rate report email, etc.)
- We may send you follow-up emails about tools and tips for your trade. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll stop within 10 business days if you opt out.
We also look at aggregate data (which trades are using which tools) to decide what to build next. No individual profiling.
How we store your data
Your information is stored on our server. We don't use third-party databases for form data. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, but no system is perfect, and we'd rather be upfront about that.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Emails (CAN-SPAM compliance)
- Every email clearly identifies it's from ProTradeOps
- Every email has a working unsubscribe link
- We won't use misleading subject lines
- Our physical address is included as required by law
Your rights
- Know what data we have: email us and we'll tell you
- Get your data deleted: email bishoptools@proton.me and we'll remove it within 30 days
- Opt out of emails: click unsubscribe in any email, or email us
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We don't sell personal information to anyone.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
